Perspective individuals are selected through the Interview process by our Professional In structure. Selection of successful candidates primarily depends on language fluency, past work experience and physical abilities. Consequently, successful candidates are requested to follow a 2-months training course. On completion of the training, successful individuals are branded eligible and are processed for their destination country.
The needs and recruitment policy of each employer are carefully matched and the candidates fulfilling all criterions are presented to the employer for the final approval and selection.
